Associated Tank Constructors is currently undertaking a major repair project on a 120ft diameter floating roof in Los Angeles, CA. The scope of this project includes the removal of primary and secondary seals, followed by the replacement of all support sleeves and legs to ensure the roof’s stability and functionality.
Finish Coat for Rectangular Tank

ATC completed the finish coating for a rectangular tank measuring 125' in length, 25' in width, and 16' in height. The tank received high-quality coatings to ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance, using Carboline products to achieve optimal protection for both interior and exterior surfaces.
250,000 Gallon Water Tank

ATC was involved in the construction of a new 250,000-gallon water tank in Sun Valley, CA, as part of the San Fernando Groundwater Remediation Project. This project aimed to enhance the local infrastructure for groundwater remediation efforts in the region, with ATC delivering a high-quality, durable water tank to support the initiative.
Coating System Installation

ATC's coating crew completed the interior and exterior surface preparation and coating system for a new 5,000bbl welded steel water tank. This project was completed for a repeat customer, with ATC’s boilermakers constructing the tank and our sister company, Canyon Springs Enterprises, handling the civil work.
Tank Rehab Project

ATC has successfully completed an extensive petroleum tank rehabilitation project in Bakersfield, CA, addressing severe corrosion and restoring the tank to full operational capacity. The scope of work included installing a new "double-bottom" floor, replacing the roof and structure, and performing partial shell replacement. The project was completed with exceptional efficiency, ensuring a quick turnaround for the client. Our sister company, Paso Robles Tank, Inc., provided crucial engineering support and fabricated all necessary parts for the project.
Pressure Vessel Repair and Upgrade

ASME Section 8, Div. 1
ATC undertook a pressure vessel repair and upgrade project involving the removal of the existing top head and two shell courses of an ASME Section 8, Div. 1 pressure vessel. These were replaced with a newly fabricated assembly, fabricated at ATC’s Hemet, CA facility. The project was completed within the client’s scheduled shutdown period, despite the region’s unusually wet weather.

Associated Tank Constructors (ATC) was called into action with minimal notice for a tank rehabilitation project in Wisconsin. The project required swift mobilization and expertise to remove the existing roof structure and double-deck floating roof. ATC successfully completed the nozzle modifications, and the installation of a new spiral stairway and roof is scheduled to follow shortly.
